Patterns Noted

So today, after being homebound all day yesterday, due to bad weather, I am going to head to the courthouse to have my name back. I have to pay to have a judge sign off on a piece of paper that allows me to get my name before I had transitioned. Legal fiction, you have to love it.  I spent some time texting a young girl yesterday who was in my chat during my live feed. She is researching transitioning, I, of course, tried to talk some sense into them and gathered some information regarding why she wanted to pursue such a thing. It’s really sad to hear the same storyline, time after time, no different.

It goes as follows: Bad relationship with mothers, and sexually abused. The conversation last night was no different, their mother walked out on them and was abusive, and she was sexually molested by a sibling, no shocker here, its the same storyline. So why can’t these gender specialist see the pattern here, why are they just allowing people to destroy their lives and bodies? In addition, their excuse is that they enjoy the mindset of a boy, even though they know, their words, that they don’t have a mind of a boy.
These young women are destroying their lives based on trauma,  and confusion, we need to help them resolve these issues and get them to see the truth. I informed them, that I am willing to converse with them and help them figure this out. The Therapist she is going to is already talking about prescribing T, this is crazy people. We definitely have to do something about this, it is getting to be a bit ridiculous.  People are destroying their lives based on abuse in incompetent parenting.

Anyways, so I look forward to getting all of the legalities resolved within the next few months. I am dealing with shaving  off my body hair and of course facial hair, there are no laser places here in Silver City, so when I go back home to Florida, I will be searching for a place to have all of this hair removed and see what I can do for the missing hair on top of my head. Frankly, if these young women knew what is in store for them, they would not think it is so cool to be a “boy”.  Why do people think the grass is always greener on the other side?

Problems are not solved by swapping your gender, there is more to life than that. Work on the real issues, your traumas, the pain you are in, search your soul. Have an honest conversation with someone who has gone through this, and I would hope that you, older trans people, could be honest and not just want to recruit them to justify your actions. We are dealing with an issue that has been improperly handled, and people are doing this as an escape. They think that by swapping their body, life is going to be peachy king, well it’s not and it won’t.

Here is my suggestion, take a look at the older trans individuals see how their life has played out, look at the reasons why people are doing this, see the pattern, and reflect. Get involved in things that will help you take the focus off yourself. Volunteer, get involved in creative outlets. Remember this will pass and you will be grateful that you did not take part in the worse travesty ever known to mankind.

Till Next Time
