Papaya Salad Low Fat Raw Vegan Style

ingredients 1 whole papaya 2 lbs
4 to 5 oz of organic spring mix
5 oz of celery chopped
5 big cherry tomatoes cut up in slices
1/2 cucumber cut up in sticks
1/8 of a hess avocado
1 scallion sliced
1/4 of a large jalapeno

Dressing 1 large salad tomoato
1 large naval orange
1/4 jalapeno
1 scallion
1 tsp of curry powder
1/4 cup of dulce or nori
12 drops of stevia extract
2 tbsp of rice protein

Involved with your Health

Many people have the notion that sickness just strikes them. They are under the impression that misfortune, genetics and just plain bad luck gave them their cold, cancer, headache, well you get the idea. Unfortunately everything you place in or on your body is responsible for what ails you. Have you checked the ingredients lately to the so call foods you eat. I say so call because the majority, if not all that you are eating is foreign to your body and not food at all. So hence your body has to produce abnormal cells to deal with the junk you are placing in it. Would you place syrup in your gas tank? I hope not, so why would you put processed, cooked, preserved ridden things inside your temple? These things are not recognized by your system and create loads of toxins which then creates diseases.

Your immune system is being over worked and your liver can't take it, so then everything gets stored in the cell as toxic waste which guess what it is? Big ugly fat, yes you heard right all those folds and cellulite on your body are toxins which the liver couldn't process cause it could not keep up with. Any how I don't like to just point out a problem, I like to give you a solution. Start slow, but start, add fresh fruits and raw greens, herb, easy digestible veggies ( mushrooms, celery, tomato, cucumber, zucchini) to your diet. Some veggies are harder to digest and require a clean intestine to properly absorb, so after you have eliminated at least 80% of cook foods and all processed stuff, then you can start adding the harder to digest ones, in the meantime enjoy them steamed. Stay clear of fats that are overt, meaning mostly fat in their break down. I suggest sticking with avocado, flax seeds ground, and once a week soaked walnuts, or sunflower seeds. Too much fat will interfere with digestion, will create a lack of communication between the insulin receptors and the sugar in your blood stream which will cause diabetes.

I am seeing way to many people that are getting ill and are on some sort of medication, you are the master of your universe and you can change your health. Please consult with your doctor prior to any change of diet, ( I am suppose to say this to cover my ass doctors know nothng about nutrition) The FDA does not allow, now get this, anyone to make claims on anything natural healing you, why that have that kind of power is beyond me, oh yeah we gave it to them. I hate the games we have to play on this planet, and that so called agencies that are run by lobbyist and big pharma control what we say or do. I think it's a load of hog wash. But you be the judge of that. I personally won't touch anything synthetic or chemical filled, I am an all natural child of mother earth and enjoy the natural ways. I feel so much better without Testosterone, any processed foods, deodorant, and I don't smell, in fact for the first time in my life, I have no body odor, now that is amazing. But it's due to not eating any chemicals or processed foods, I only eat what grows from the ground or on a tree unaltered purely 100% raw.

So enough of my ramblings, just wanted to share a bit of knowledge and hope you guys start getting involved in your health, remember if you don't take care of you, who will?

As I continue on my Low fat Raw Vegan journey the changes are incredibly exciting and rewarding. Who would have thought that eating so much fruits can make a person look and feel so dynamic and good. Through the years they have taught us to fear fruit, even in the bible Eve's indulgent of the forbidden fruit led us to the fall, well I say nonsense, enjoy all the fruit you want, just stay away from fats and learn how to combine these precious jewels and you will live a healthy lean life. With the rising cost of food, toxic food supply and the globalization led by the ruling elite, mankind will have to return to it's roots and become one with his nature. I know, I know we are to comfortable and use to our toys, however when there isn't a choice, and their won't be you have no other alternative than to learn how to grow your own food and forage what mother earth provides. Did you know that in your own back yard you have weeds that have tremendous amounts of nutrients in them? For Instance dandelion and clover are extremely loaded with vitamins and minerals and as long as they are not sprayed with toxins you can enjoy them on your salad or juice them with your morning green juice. What you don't know what a green juice is? Okay, okay I know all you are use to is the bottle stuff that is loaded with preservative and additive which is actually bad for your health, but the home made version using Jack la Lane Juicer, may he rest in peace, or any juicer will do, it is easy and actually very nutritious for you. You can add celery, cucumber, carrots, cilantro, hot pepper (optional for increasing your metabolism) 1 orange or 1 apple to add a bit of sweetness, and add your wild weed, no not the one against law, but dandelion or clover and drink immediately. This stuff will wake up a zombie and it will help you get healthier by the minute. Now because big bad FDA has us by the dangling ones we can't say anything that is not prescribed by a man in a white coat who is programmed by big Pharma, will cure you, so let us say that drinking green juices and eating raw fruits and veggies will keep you away from the man in the white coat and ingesting those side effect pills that they love to advertise. I often ponder why have we gotten so far from our roots and have steered so far from our natural path? When I attempt to shop at a regular store thinking maybe I will find some good quality fruits or veggies but every single time I get disappointed at the price, lack of variety and poor quality. Yes, it's amazing how none of the so call chain stores such as Winn Dixie, Publix or Walmart have Heirloom varieties of real not that genetically modified or hybridized, foods.

I have made it my quest to help educate anyone that wants to listen about the importance of buying good quality organic locally grown fruits and veggies, and to help them realize that food is our medicine. We need to place more importance in our health, forget the vanity, the gadgets and the rat race and start taking care of you.

I hear all sorts of excuses from people who say they can't eat healthy, some say they are picky eater, claiming they don't like fruits or veggies, others think eating healthy is boring and I say could that be because they have never really tried quality fruits and veggies? All they are use to eating is none food items placed in a box, jar or packet that has been radiated, filled with preservatives, additives, and stripped down to nothing, then fortified with artificial crap labeled and shipped all across the world for their consumption, that's not food that is pure poison which has destroyed their taste buds and now they don't even know what real food is suppose to taste like.

Here are a few pics of the foods I eat. I eat a lot of fruits a good 7 to 8 pounds worth, I also eat plenty of tender leafy greens, I consume an average of 2000 plus calories a day and I am now weighing 107 pounds from 147. I don't count calories, in fact I have to always focus on eating a lot because fruits fill you up and don't have so much calories but they are packed with nutrients and flavor.

Change your life, eat foods that are alive, raw and real and you will see a change in your life.

To know your diet is to know thy self

Do you realize that the foods you are eating are not designed for you? All these animal products along with the grains they have boxed especially for you are actually going against your natural needs. This is why you are so sick and not mention over weight. You have been drugged and now are addicted to substances that cannot be considered food.

Look at the characteristics of carnivores or grain eaters none of which are yours. You don't have a rough tongue, razor sharp teeth, claws, intestines that are only 3 times your body size, nor is your gut made to digest meat or dairy. As per grain birds have a special sac that helps them digest these things which are being pushed as healthy foods and are creating mucus and intestinal dangers to include cancer and blood issues just to name a few.

You want to know why you can't loose those last 20 pounds or why you are obese, look at your diet and the foods you are consuming, they are not meant for human consumption. Also take some time away from the Matrix and start listening to the inner you, not to the media, doctors, teachers or politicians, they aren't there to help you, they are there to program you and to make sure you loose your soul.

As a Certified Nutritional Consultant, Master Personal Trainer and Occupational Therapist I have had my share of client's and Patients whom have struggled with health and weight issues, I have had my fair share of struggles and realized that I wasn't the problem in fact the problem is in the toxic foods we eat.

I have done my fair research on endless diet plans and finally came with the final solution eating is not the problem the issues is lack of digestion and absorption from the foods we eat. A one on one

Hello my earthly family, it's been a while since we have had a one on one interaction. I sincerely hope you are were you want to be, at least health wise. I know there are so many crazy things happening in our world today and the changes are happening in mega speed, many have lost their jobs, homes, and their drive for living, but I want to say we can't ever loose our drive or focus in life.

We are a magnificent species beyond imagination, and although we have been programmed to think of the negative, we must redirect those thoughts and make the best with what we have. I try to touch one life if I can with every passing day, whether it be with my words or music, a random act of kindness or just by spreading love.

We live in a matrix that has been created to keep us out of touch with our true self. Make sure you hug someone, tell someone you love them and most of all remember to breath. Living life to the fullest and enjoying what you do, even if its doing nothing that is what it is all about just being. Love yourself over everything else and realize that Money is a piece of paper which has been given value over your life. Health, happiness and Love is what really matters.

IN my foot steps

The people around me inspire my songs. I read the about me in a fellow you tuber channel where he mentions how his father was slowing his dreams down, his father had other plans for this young man, and this young man wanted to make his father proud. I say how selfish of his father, the harm that he is doing is unthinkable. So I wrote a song to fit the situation.

We are slaves of a system and mind frame

Many ask me why I came up with the title Enslaved for my album and what exactly do I mean by that? Well, first of all I believe we are slaves and imprisoned in a matrix with invisible bars. You say, how can that be, we live in a free country. I say do we? We live in a bubble created by our master giving us the illusion of freedom, but free we are not.

Let me explain. The day you are born you parents are given a piece of paper, a birth certificate that has a number, a stock value for the world banks. In 1933 they started this whole process when the Unites States was pretty much bankrupt, that paper certifies that another slave was born to the corporation and collateral for future payments.

Go ahead and laugh and doubt all you want, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that something is very wrong in the world, that our children are pretty much up a creek without a paddle, that our situation is progressively getting worse and that this monetary system, the fiat system doesn't work. We think our civilization has been the only civilization and that we are in the right path, well we are so far from right that it is scary. Any way I don't really want to get into the whole political thing, but I do want to make people aware of what we have allowed to happen. They try to scare us with terrorist tactics, created wars for their benefits, dividing us with their political systems, and lying to you through their teeth, but most of you are so busy trying to make ends meet and keeping a roof over you heads that you don't see what is going on.

It is all a lie, this whole matrix we live in is faulty and corrupt. My album Enslaved is trying to bring forth a window of truth, an opening for you to see what is going on and become aware and awake, and to have people unite, stop fighting each other and love unconditionally. The album and it's content is a tool for humanity to use. To free yourselves you must first realize you are Enslaved. I am just the messenger, the rest is up to you. I love to write about things that our going on in the world. I love to bring awareness, unity and most of all spread Unconditional Love.

Getting ready for the Show

Well it's Saturday morning and I am finally getting over this sinus infection from another dimension, never in my 45 years of age have I had to deal with such a monster. I contribute it to the added stress and excitement of making my CD and all the commotion around it. In addition the mold that has been lingering in my apartment has not helped, that's what you get for living near the water. Well thanks to two dear friends that recommended some natural alternatives, seeing that I don't do the medical thing, I am finally starting to feel better.

Oil of Oregano and Cats Claw are the two most magical herbs ever, and serve as a natural form of antibiotics, and cure all that I have ever seen. Needless to say, I was starting to worry since my voice was being affected as was my every day walking life. Whew, that was a close one. The oil of oregano is taken in a few drop mixed with either honey or olive oil taken orally, I also gargle with it using 2 drops in warm water, in addition, I put some in my ears with olive oil, I did everything except bath in it. If you are going to use this be mindful it is very strong, and I suggest you read up on it first. The cats claw came in an extract and you diluted with water, directions to be followed on bottle. Cats claw is a great anti inflammatory, helps with everything from getting rid of Candida, parasites, decrease tumor growths, and helps with building your immune system, another great marvel of mother nature.

Well now that I can worry less about my health which hasn't been to good lately, I can now start enjoying the ride of becoming a rising star and enjoying the relationship between my fans and I. I can't wait to start touring and having fun with those that I care dearly about, which is you. I write, sing, perform and do what I do for you. Thursday is approaching fast, and I am so excited and thrilled to be able to perform the songs on the album Enslaved and many more of my works. Don't forget to tune in Thursday morning on channel 39 WSFL around 6:30 am give or take, I will be on there for a few minutes promoting the show and singing with my acoustic guitar. The Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale, Nova Southeastern University, continues its FREE Third Thursday monthly event series with a special music performance on Thursday, April 15, 2010, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm by Fort Lauderdale folk rock vocalist and acoustic guitarist Mark Angelo Cummings.

Cummings, a proud Cuban-American GLBT artist, has been writing and performing music from a very young age. His journey has inspired him to bring forth the message of love and acceptance for all. Mark’s inspiration comes from above; being in tune with the universal energy that connects us all sets his writing apart from the rest. His music is moving and empowering and will touch your heart in ways no other writer has before. His raspy folk rock, no nonsense message style will get you to think outside the box.

Artist Mark Angelo Cummings will perform on Thursday, April 15, 2010 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Copies of his latest CD will be available for sale.

In addition to the evening’s musical entertainment, the Museum offers free admission, extended hours (open until 8 p.m.). Drinks are available for purchase in the Museum’s Café and Wine Bar.

Visitors can also enjoy, free of charge, the Museum’s permanent collections: The Spectacle of Life: The Art of William Glackens, Glackens as Illustrator, art from Copenhagen, Brussels, and Amsterdam (CoBrA), and The Indigo Room or Is Memory Water Soluble?

Pride fest 2010 Oakland Park Florida I choose Life Preview

What gorgeous weather we had today at Jaco Pastorious Park at Oakland park Florida along with a great bunch that gathered today at Pride Fest 2010. The Color of the rainbow is definitely a great avatar for the GLBT community, for we are the collage of people who are colorful in every way. Here is a video with pictures of the event and a clip of the sound track I choose life, another great song in the soon to be release album Enslaved by Mark Angelo.

She works so hard for a living, her fingers bleed right thru the bone, and she has no one except her grieving, the years pass by and shes all alone. No one to care, no cards or letters, the rags and pain is all she knows. Ill take the time to make things better and share her story with this A song.

Dont you despair your life is not in vein, there are many out there whose life youve helped change stay true to yourself and know that soon one day youll be with him.

She wipes her forehead while she whimpers, this life has been so hard and cruel, she understands this is her calling, but only hopes it will end soon. The nights she spends in front of the mirror, the wrinkles grow without relief, the years have flown but she still misses him, when will she heal shell never know.
She blames herself for not enjoying the greatest years she ever knew, he was the best thing in her life time her work possessed her through and through. He became ill and while she traveled, he lost his life to a disease, she now regrets not have enjoyed him, her work consumed her every need.

Showing my support to my transgendered family

Very few trans artist if any have actually placed trans related songs in their albums, it seems to be a taboo of sorts. However, I am true to my transgenderism and my trans family. I will never hide who I am, nor forget about my transfamily. Here are clips of two songs one for my MTF sisters and the other for my FTM brothers.

I am like a kid awaiting Santa, waiting for my CD to finally be done. I can't express how long it has been since I have been wanting to make this CD, but just never got around to it, and no wonder there is a lot of work involved, lol. But none the less I have made the plunge and my baby will be born soon.

This song I wrote for my GLBT family and their plight for marriage




This song is my thoughts on the enslavement and guilt ridden belief that God only has one son who he sacrificed for the world. The whole story makes no sense. Jesus was a prophet in my eyes who came to free us from religion, we killed him and created the dogmatic belief we see before us today. I respect every ones belief system, these are my views and as an artist music is my canvas.

Inching along

Hey guys after a painful 5 weeks with mixing and mastering, finally I got my master and was able to sent it off to Disc Makers. Hopefully the next stage is smooth and rapid so that I can bring to you Enslaved the Album. I have worked extremely hard on this project and hope it will open doors for me, and hearts and minds for others. I want to transmit information to help others break free from their chains. Unconditional love is the answer, not religion, not politics and definitely not finances. We are like babies in the path of growth and spiritual knowledge, but we are closer than we were before and timnes are changing.




Much Love to you my earthly family and I hope you enjoy the CD when it's done. I always think of you in every step I make and know you guys are the fuel that drives me.

I am excited and totally stoked, it is sounding fantastic, beyond my expectations. You won't be disappointed. Here is a sneak preview of my favorite song on the track. I have 80 songs and counting that I have written and according to those who have listened they are all hits, but I particularly have a special place in my heart for this one. The 16 track Album has something for everyone, I have a great feeling about this.

The making of a dream part 3

After a hard long week, the recording process is finally over. I am excited to see the final product and be able to share it with the world. Ever since I was a child I always dreamt of making records and being a performer. I lost my singing voice when I underwent hormonal therapy and changed my gender. It was a great loss, but I had to deal with it since aligning my gender was just as important.

I decided to pursue my music career anyway, and figured that I still had a voice in me. My music comes from the heart and I have fun doing it. I hope you have fun listening to it, and can share the joy with me. I will keep you posted on the progress. In the meantime enjoy some of the clips I have put together so that you too can share the journey with me.

The making of a dream part 2

Hey guys, well another recording session under our belt it has been three days in a row, unfortunately we didn't record the first night from all the excitement, and we have had several occurrences with the camera and all, but I have tried to salvage as much as I can to put together the memories and process of this wonderful journey. This dream has become a reality for me as has aligning my gender. Dreams do come true never give up. It all starts by loving yourself and honoring who you are. Here is the video from Friday nights session. Many thanks to Alex Grant owner of Home Sweet Home Studios,this young man is a hard working soul with a heart of gold who I will be forever grateful for meeting. I thank my best friend, my wife who has supported me along the way through all my endeavors and journey. I love you sweetie, buckle up cause the fun has just begun. To all my fans do know I do this for you, I love you all so very much and hope I can bring a smile to your face and touch your hearts in ways no one has. To the Source up above that inspires me and helps me put words on paper and strum the right notes on the guitar I thank you and know I am forever grateful for the life you have provided me, you complete me and I understand you fully, and I promise I will bring forth the message and help my human family get you too.

News on CD Progress

I will start the recording process next week, looking forward to embarking on this great new venture and finally making a long awaited dream come true.
